The shipment can be done to all the emirates of UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah & Umm Al Quwain.

  1. Customer has a choice to collect from out store, alternatively we can arrange shipping to your
    location (Subject to charges). If customer wishes to arrange their own collection, they are free
    to do so.
  2. Customers are responsible for paying all shipping charges, taxes and if any other fees associated with the order. Shipping charges will be mentioned during check out.
  3. Orders will be shipped & delivered within 1 to 4 working days for all UAE customers.
  4. Delivery of order will be made to the physical address provided by customer at the time of
    check out. No delivery will be made to POBox address.
  5. Arvitos is not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company.

  2. Secure in a box: Place the wrapped silver items in a sturdy, corrugated cardboard box with enough padding around and between each item to prevent shifting during transit.

  4. Seal the box: Securely seal the box with strong packing tape to prevent it from opening during shipping.
  5. Label fragile: Clearly label the package as "Fragile" to alert the shipping carrier to handle it with care.

We understand that sometimes returns may be necessary for silver items. Our return policy for silver items is as follows:

  1. Return Period: Customers have up to 3 working days from the date of delivery of order, to return silver items for a refund or exchange.
  2. Condition of Items: Silver items must be returned in their original condition with all original packaging and tags intact. Items should not be tarnished, damaged, or altered in any way.
  3. Proof of Purchase: Customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, when initiating a return.
  4. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7-10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected.
  5. Exchange Policy: Customers can opt for an exchange of the silver items for a different size, style, or product of equal or lesser value.
  6. Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect.

  1. Product will be handed over only after full payment.
  2. If the payment mode is by bank transfer, then the order will be processed once the bank confirms the payment.
  3. Once the payment is made, the confirmation notice will be sent to the client via email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
  4. Cardholder (credit /debit) must retain a copy of transaction records.
  5. Although we endeavour to keep our website information and pricing up to date and error free, product description or pricing errors may occur. If such an error is discovered after you have submitted an order to us, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to either cancel your order or re-confirm it based on the correct information. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat your order as cancelled.
